Every source is assessed before the first shipment. Gold from conflict-affected or high-risk areas is accepted only after enhanced due diligence, in line with the OECD Due Diligence Guidance and the UAE rules for responsible sourcing of gold.
How it works
Five steps from mine to settlement
Onboarding
We invite you to our secure onboarding system. You provide company documents, ownership, licences and evidence of origin for every mine or source.
Quote and contract
We agree pricing against the LBMA gold price, the refining and logistics terms, and the documents needed for each shipment.
Shipment
Insured transport from origin to Dubai. Export permits, packing lists and certificates of origin are checked before the gold moves.
Refining and assay
The gold is refined at an accredited UAE refinery. The final assay sets the fine gold content.
Settlement
Payment by bank transfer to your company's own account, on final assay. We never pay or receive cash.

The documents we need
Company documents
- Certificate of incorporation, trade or mining licence, and export licence
- Identity documents for directors, signatories and everyone who owns 25% or more
- Bank details for an account in your company's own name
Source and shipment documents
- Mine name and location, production capacity and ownership
- Export permit and certificate of origin
- Packing list and assay certificate for each shipment
