These terms apply to purchases of gold and silver bullion from RBM Mineral Resources DMCC (“we”, “us”) through rbmgroup.ae.
1. Your account and verification
You must open an account and complete our customer verification before placing an order. We may ask for further information at any time, and may refuse or cancel any order where UAE law or our compliance policies require it. We sell only to customers buying for themselves; you must not buy on behalf of another person.
2. Prices
Prices are calculated from the live international spot price of gold or silver, converted to UAE dirhams, plus our premium, and change continuously. The price of each item is fixed at the moment you place your order and is shown in your order confirmation. If live prices are unavailable, ordering is paused.
3. Payment
Payment is by bank transfer only, from an account in your own name, quoting your order number. We do not accept cash, cards or third-party payments. Payment must reach us within one business day of your order; unpaid orders are cancelled automatically. Where the market has moved against us before cancellation, we may recover the difference from you.
4. VAT
We sell only investment-grade gold and silver of 99.5% purity or more, which is zero-rated for UAE VAT. Delivery charges carry VAT at the standard rate. VAT is shown at checkout.
5. Collection and delivery
Once your payment has cleared, we will contact you to arrange collection from our Dubai office on presentation of the identity document used for verification, or insured delivery within the UAE at the cost quoted. Title and risk pass to you on collection or delivery.
6. Cancellation
Because prices of precious metals move with financial markets outside our control, a confirmed order cannot be cancelled by you once the price is fixed, except as required by law.
7. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UAE law. Otherwise our liability for any order is limited to the price paid for it.
8. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the UAE, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction.
