Our commitments
What we do on every deal
Approved programme
An AML/CFT/CPF programme approved by Senior Management under Federal Decree-Law No. (10) of 2025 and Cabinet Resolution No. (134) of 2025, run by an appointed Compliance Officer.
Know every party
Every customer, supplier and beneficial owner is identified and verified before we do business, whatever the value.
Sanctions screening
Every party is screened against the UAE Local Terrorist List and the UN Consolidated List. Any match is frozen and reported immediately.
Responsible sourcing

No cash
All payments are made by bank transfer, to and from accounts in the counterparty's own name.

Suspicious transactions and all required transaction reports are filed with the UAE Financial Intelligence Unit.
Record keeping
